Jonathan makes his fellow tribemates get all annoyed next week. He's the only one who does anything though, so I can't say I blame him. They'll starve to death once he's gone.

It looks like the merge occurs next week.

Johnathan's work horse ethic came a bit too late. He could have taken a page from Tom's book. I still can't get past the fact that he does sound exactly like Alan Alda. I keep referring to AA and my daughter keeps asking - who's Alan Alda? LOL

The merge will be interesting. Johnathan seems to have an alliance of one - with himself. Do I feel sorry for him? No! Mutiny for dingbat Candice made sense but her budding romance with Adam is a bit much to take (shades of Romber). She reminds me of Daryl Hannah. But Johnathan stepping off the mat (and in such a girly way too, sorry but that was funny to see in recaps) was just plain stupid. That man has to be kicking himself - still. You know he won't make it to the final 4.

Karan - you're right, we usually agree on our faves and even our not so faves. Ozzy's - he's the man. I admire how humble he is. Even when he wins, he doesn't rub it in their faces. He just celebrates with his tribemates. Now that's class.

 I guess he belongs to the Baby Boomer generation. I was watching an old movie the other day with Robert Alda, and once you see him, there's no denying they're father and son.

Regarding Jonathan... What could have been his reason for his mutiny?? Now he's stuck with a group that clearly doesn't want him. I've missed something somewhere. :?:

Well, at the time, he did it because Candice did. At Aitu it was him and Candice against the other 4, so they were out numbered there. When she decided to go, he automatically went, thinking he'd have a better chance.

Same with ER (but not The Office, My Name is Earl and 30 Rock). I'm taping both Survivor and ER, to watch on Friday.

Jonathan betrays Raro and votes out Nate!(The other option was Yul who has the idol).

WOW! Game-changing moment.

Good episode! I'm getting really tired of Jonathan, though. I want Yul to take it all. :D

I think Jonathan just played himself out of the million dollars, but guaranteed himself $100,000. Everyone will want to go to the final 2 with him because no one will vote to give him the money! :D

I'm going to miss Nate. We were hosting TG dinner and it was recording. A few of our guests asked if they could just watch it, I said sure. But I didn't want to see any of it, b/c well the hostess can't just sit down and watch TV when she's hosting dinner for 23 people! Later my daughter comes up to me and blurts out - they voted Nate out. I said what? Don't tell me anymore than that.....I was so bummed out. Next to Ozzy and Yul, I liked Nate.

He was mad-mad at them all though. So naturally I recorded the ABC Friday morning show but they didn't air a Survivor segment with the recently voted off member. I really wanted to hear what he had to say! Darn it......maybe it aired earlier? Did anyone catch it? Nate had a lot to say, I'm sure.

My fave is still Ozzy, then you gtalum I'm beginning to like Yul a lot. But never Johnathan. You can't trust the man!

That might be your problem... it aired on CBS! :P

I'm not sure it aired though. I checked survivorfever.net which archives all the interviews and it's not posted. Might have had something to do with Thanksgiving... :?:

FWIW: CBS has scheduled the finale for Sunday December 17th from 8:00-10:00pm ET/PT followed by the Live Reunion Show.
