The trial should of ended in a mistrial or technicality, which I still stand-by to this day. I felt the trial was not right. Not to make it racial, the jury make-up should of had more Asians and Hispanics. It was mostly Blacks.

Marcia Clark was the moron (and yes, she is a total moron) who agreed to that jury. She set herself up for failure right there by giving OJ the opening to play the race card

correct me if I'm wrong (its a long time ago), but they didn't actually find any of Nicole's or Ron's blood in the car?

I had to look it up myself, J. I thought I remembered something about blood on the door handle of the Bronco, but not inside.

Here's what I found:
http://www.bxscience.edu/publications/f ... -dna02.htm
In Simpson's Ford Bronco, the instrument panel and inside door contained O.J.'s blood. The steering wheel had the blood of O.J. Simpson and Nicole on it. The carpet on the driver's side contained Nicole's blood, and the console had the blood of O.J., Nicole and Ron Goldman.

"When you were looking at the console did you see blood?" defense lawyer Daniel Leonard asked.

"I don't remember if I did or I didn't," Mulldorfer answered. Blood samples were collected from the Bronco in August.

Later, outside the courtroom, Mulldorfer echoed what she'd said on the stand, which was, she couldn't say if there was blood in the Bronco or not. "It really wasn't within the scope of my investigation to see if there was blood in the Bronco," she told reporters

Mulldorfer responded, "I don't remember if I did or if I didn't,"
and followed that response with, "I wasn't looking for that evidence, I was looking for receipts."

Wow -- I'm glad I read this. I am more at peace now with my decision to want to watch this.

I sat through O'Reilly last night with him basically calling anybody that would watch this as being stupid. Now I like O'Reilly, but I looked at my wife and said, "I don't get it. Why is he making us out to be scum to be interested in this interview"? I think Judith made an excellant case for why she chose to do this, and if you know anybody that has gone through what she has gone through, and Nicole went through, then you can't really chastice her motives. I applaud her.

The prosecution messed up big time. Having OJ try on the alleged gloves that were worn during the commission of the crime did't fit OJ.....MGC

the prosecution got greedy going only after 1st degree murder, when conspiracy or accessory would have been much easier to prove (fingerprints found that did not match OJ's shows that there was at least someone else in on the act).

Could nto vote guilty based upon the facts presented at the trial. It is sad when the prosecution screws up to the point where the only felony conviction from the case is one of their own witnesses committing purjury

Our Local FOX station (WLUK) is NOT airing the OJ special. I repeat... NOT airing the OJ special. It was determined by the GM of WLUK that it would not benefit the public, nor would appeal to the public. He had received dozens of emails stating that it would be in the best interest of the Green Bay/Appleton public not to air the OJ special in coordination with the book release.

SMART IDEA! maybe some stations should follow suit.

EVERYONE is talking about this... I'm expecting pretty big ratings. This is like all those other times people have been outraged and threatened to boycott about something on TV, and then all it does is bring in more viewers. It doesn't change the fact that it's wrong to air it though.

According to Wikipedia:

As of November 19, twelve Fox affiliates have refused to carry the special. KSFX in Springfield, Missouri, [9] and WWCP, which serves the Johnstown-Altoona-State College, Pennsylvania area were the first to turn down the special on November 17[16].

The largest station group refusal to air the special so far has been LIN Television's six Fox affiliates, which include WALA in Mobile, Alabama, KASA in Albuquerque, Green Bay's WLUK, WUPW in Toledo, Ohio, WNAC in Providence, Rhode Island, and WVBT, the Fox affiliate in Virginia's Hampton Roads. In addition, Pappas Telecasting's four stations, which are KMPH of Fresno, Omaha's KPTM, KPTH in Sioux City, Iowa, and KTVG/KSNB in Lincoln and Grand Island, Nebraska are also pre-empting the program [17].

On FNC right now that they are pulling it... about 15 FOX affiliates as of this morning had pulled it, with some advertisers pulling out.
