Don't worry, I won't.

I'm just curious. What do you celebrate?

How could that be threatening anyway? Curiosity is a good thing! :)

I celebrate Christmas, but as a purely secular holiday as it was originally celebrated.

I'm no "Politically Crap--" I mean "--Correct" person, so I say "Merry Christmas"!

I wouldn't invite Kramer over for the airing of grievances this year.

I was raised Christian, but am now an Atheist. I say, "Happy Holidays", because for me to say otherwise would be hypocritical. I am wishing the person will have a happy holiday - whatever that may be. I take no offense, though, when others wish me a Merry Christmas because I understand they mean well. I simply say, "Thank you," and leave it at that.
