from what i understand this vile monster said she didnt recognize the man that took the car and child. it turns out it was her boyfriend and its likely the mother plotted to kill her kid. its way past time for the justice system to stop letting these monsters off. both of these human trash should be executed.

They are thinking the story was made up, that there was no abduction, that he was dead before the amber alert was issued.

Why a lovely child has to pay with his death for what the adults do?

You know, for me personally, I hardly ever believe stories like this one. And it all goes back to Susan Smith. When she pulled the wool over everyone's eyes, especially her ex-husband, for 9 days, that was it for me. I want to believe the parents/relative but deep down, I immediately look at them, for signs and clues they are not telling the truth.

This was a tragic story, one of many, but each one deeply troubling. This little boy deserved a better life.

Same thing happened down here. The Mother and boyfriend killed the 4 year old and dumped his body on a deserted road in a plastic bag. Had everyone searching for him.

I just can't grasp the fact that a Mother could do this to her own child! HER OWN CHILD!!

This is sickening. It would be good if the details can come clean as well. I, too, have a feeling there is more to this than is stated.

A similar event happened in a county near here too. I know the Sheriff over there and he (a 20 year veteran) said he didn't sleep a wink for about 3 days hours and when he did sleep he was haunted by nightmares for a while.

The case was much more violent than the one mentioned here, and I wouldn't even want to begin to give the details in the open forum.

They've determined he died of blunt force trauma to the head over the weekend(the last time he was seen was at school on Friday). He was supposedly abducted Monday Morning.

If they are found guilty then yes they deserve nothing less than the death penalty. And yes Helen it is time for the justice system to stop coddling monsters like this and remove them from society permanently.
