That squall will be just west of KSC at touchdown. The wind gusts ahead of the front are pretty strong from the south its going to be a little hairy. I'm assuming the shuttle will land coming from the north into the wind. The landing strip is oriented north to south isn't it?

The shuttle's going to be reentering the atmosphere right over us shortly at 4:18. We may not be able to see the plasma trail due to the cloud cover but said we should hear the sonic boom at 4:22 to 4:30. It will be decelerating from 10,000mph to 5,000mph.

We couldn't see anything but did hear the sonic boom!

Fact...our local met was cutting in live and also scrollling across the tv screen.

Well that is weird that the sonic boom was heard at exactly 4:20 in Pascagoula. I guess those type booms carry for miles.
