Good grief - with the stuff that they already pump into market-sold beef
(growth hormones, bacteria-killing viruses, genetically-cloned...) it's your
choice. Beef or tofu? I can make both.

I haven't grilled a steak in quite some time. I HAVE had a fried tofu sandwich,
since. It's up to you, the consumer, to mull through this one. I'll probably
order a steak when the Pharmacy Reps pay for our lunch, next time, at the office,
though. I can afford, and respect tofu, though... :wink:

I just wish farmers would stop injecting their herds with steroids and anti-biotics. I think that is doing more harm than eating cloned beef.....MGC

Cloned meat still seems kinda weird to me..

I'm just not comfortable with interfering in genetic processes that have served perfectly well for millions of years. Just because the industry can clone animals for meat doesn't mean that they should. Just such a creepy artificial vibe to it all.
