Half Moon Photo

#1 Postby Ptarmigan » Fri Dec 29, 2006 9:19 pm

Here's a half Moon I took through my Meade Starfinder 8 and Rebel XT. I used ISO 1600 and 1/1250 second exposure. I stacked four images and voila!

My thoughts exactly. Is there anyone who actually expected a photograph of the moon?

Wish I could make such beautiful pictures.

I did! :)

I've got a pair of binoculars and sometimes I look at the moon through them. It's pretty cool, but this is even better.
