Lost...... I MISS IT!!!!

There, just had to say that. I didn't write my weekly letter to ABC last week........the holiday rush and all that I guess sidetracked me.

I have to say that each Wednesday evening, I am sad. Lost is definitely missed from my weekly TV viewing.

Can't wait for Feb. 7th!

That's interesting, because I have not heard that at all. ABC is launching a new round of Primetime Medical Mysteries starting January 10th. It was in the press releases today.

They really want to run it repeat free, and if it comes back a month early, well that's a month of repeats later.

FWIW... Day Break, the show that replaced it, got cancelled on Friday. ABC Wednesday has been horrible without DWTS and Lost.

Evangeline Lilly's (Kate) home in Hawaii burned down. Thank goodness nobody was home.

Fire destroys home of 'Lost' star


HONOLULU (AP) - Fire destroyed the rented home of "Lost" star Evangeline Lilly in coastal Kailua on Oahu island Wednesday, officials said. Lilly was not at home, and no one was injured.

Two roommates were also not home when the fire broke out sometime after 6:30 a.m., authorities said. Investigators were searching for a cause.

"Unfortunately, it is true that the home she rented in Hawaii did burn down this morning," Lilly's publicist Cara Tripicchio said in an e-mail. "Evangeline was on set already when the fire occurred and luckily, her roommates were not in the house either.

The home was "fully involved" in flames when firefighters arrived, said Capt. Kenison Tejada, spokesman for the Honolulu Fire Department.

"We stopped the fire from spreading," he said. "It took us maybe 15 to 20 minutes to knock down the main body of fire."

Only the roof and a couple of interior walls were left standing, and most of the home's contents were destroyed, he said.

Lilly plays Kate on the hit ABC drama, which films in Hawaii.

Interesting TV Guide article - commentator reviews best/worst, shows he doesn't get and the clincher, shows that jumped the shark this past season. I peaked and sure enough, there is one lone show that JTS, in his humble opinion of course, an opinion I don't 100% share but I can see where he's coming from, well read the last part......sigh. He didn't get Grey's Anatomy, so his opinion could be off too. LOL

This was announced a few weeks ago. They are moving it to 10pm out of the way of American Idol. The ratings have been down at 9 and the affiliates have complained about no strong 10pm shows for their news lead-ins, so now they are happy.

I'm not a Lost viewer, but can you imagine what that will do to Sunday night TV viewing now? First, DH, then Lost. Looks like they're turning Sunday into Must-See-TV night.

It is NOT going to Sunday. Brothers and Sisters does well there. Besides, DH and Lost are two completely different shows. It would not work.

The show only has a couple of years left(it's supposed to end after Season 5), I doubt it leaves Wednesday.

some spoiler white font for those who might consider it spoilerly, though I don't this really is:

Jack will not be in three straight episodes this season (well, that and Jack FB episode is the episode before he'll be gone for 3 episodes and you throw in the major "story-changing" happening on the last of those 3 episodes) and all of sudden, the rumors are that Jack will the next to die (and Matthew Fox is leaving).



A bit more spoilerly stuff than above in white:

Most of us who have been following the spoilers this season have decide that this is BS. We know who is going next. It ain't Jack. We know that there were going to be 2 deaths, but we don't know if they meant two more deaths or 2 deaths total. So, we have Ecko and other person I won't identify dead. So may be someone else???

The producers have said once the main characters start being killed off (Jack, Sawyer, Kate, Locke, Hurley etc), the endgame of Lost would have started. Most people believe that will be next season, not this season.

Then, there are Kate rumors. About how the actress is threatening to quit if Lost fans don't leave her alone.

Rumors....schumors. I don't buy it either! Why would MF want to leave a show like Lost? Thanks. Hadn't heard these rumors before. I'll believe it when TV Guide reports it! Until then, let's just hope MF stays, E. Lilly calms down (if her rumors are true) and may I ask one important question?

Why does anyone have to die? Okay, that's probably a rhetorical question but seriously, let's stop intruducing more characters, keep the cast list as is and keep them all ALIVE!

Evangeline Lilly has hinted she will quit ‘Lost’ unless the show’s fans stop hassling her, according to the U.K.’s Life Style Extra.

The actress is growing weary of the constant attention she receives from followers of the program and admits she sometimes considers walking away from her role as sexy fugitive Kate in the hit series.

Lilly, who is dating her ‘Lost’ co-star Dominic Monaghan, said: “I am an incredibly private person, and it’s so exhausting to me that everywhere I go people know me or think they know me. If I could act and make the income I make and be anonymous, I would never want to leave the job.”

This is not the first time Lilly has complained about her fame.

She previously admitted she would like to go on holiday to a remote island where no one would recognise her because she is so sick of being hounded by fans and the media wherever she goes.

She said: “I want to go somewhere like Mongolia or Timbuktu. Someplace where they don’t watch ‘Lost’!”
