Yeah, it was 1990 because I just got married and my wife on that day drove from Austin to Del Rio and back and talked about how the bridges in San Antonio were iced over. I want to say it was pretty close to Christmas as well. I was a nervous wreck until she got back!
I remember 1989 and the single digit lows. Talk about historic . . .
