'Gas pill' maker must give back $7 million

From News 8 Investigates (WFAA ABC 8)

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has stopped a Dallas-based pyramid scheme from illegally marketing its so-called "top secret gas pill."

BioPerformance, which made the product, falsely claimed it would increase fuel efficiency in vehicles.

The company must now return some $7 million to victims of the scheme.
