hearing this might be a case of insurance fraud and murder gone awry. The suspects were/are under investigation for killing his wife back in 01 I believe. The husband had a lawsuit going to collect the insurance money from his wifes death. Last week a federal court threw out the case and he decided to take vengence by going after the Sheriff and his family for continuing to investigate him in his wifes death. Seems his wife "drowned" and he and the other susspect were the only eye wittnesses.
