Something from work the tech guys taught us. Sometimes there were pages that wouldn't load properly from the UTMB website when we needed to check our time or paycheck. So, there was a lot of "Try to go back and refresh and see if it updates" advice being tossed around and we all learned that it worked.

Thanks for sharing that though. You learn something new each day!
Thank you Marshall for all of your hard work to keep your "baby" running smoothly.

Thanks for posting that, duckie. Apparently, that's what I did this afternoon and have been doing since, but I was going back, forward, sideways lol and I did get it to work, but when I tried to tell Frick earlier today what I did, I was like "uhhh, well, I logged in and then when I got the white screen, I went back, and maybe forward again, or back again...I just kept messing with it until it worked."
I certainly couldn't have posted the exact steps like that.

What's causing the problem is that the board is not issuing cookies at all. that's what's behind the problems we're having. Now I'm working with the folks at phpBB to try and figure out why that's happening and how to fix it. I will be taking the board off-line from time to time as required to get us past this issue. I sincerely apologize for all the problems and will try to get us back to normal as soon as I can

Where is everyone? It's just me and Brent!
I had a little trouble logging in this morning, but it's kept me logged in since then. Is everyone still having trouble logging in? If duckie's method doesn't work, just keep logging in and going back and refreshing until it does work. That's what I have to do. Eventually it "takes" and then it keeps me logged in.
It'll get fixed eventually. Thanks for all your hard work, Marshall.

The solution is simple: don't surf anywhere else and never turn your pc off!
gtalum has found the solution. Everyone can stop trying to fix it now.
