The system is interacting with Madagascar and development shouldn't be expected excect if it pulls away from land.

It does look like an actual TC on VIS though.

I was impressed, and that's why I had to post it. Yesterday, as Invest 99S, it was very bad organized, but today it seems that new ID, new look!!!
