Talkin' Tropics link sticky?

There's been a suggestion to sticky boca's "I lost my favourites" thread (http://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=93150) as a link repository to all important tropical cyclone-related sites. Could it be stickied? It seems to be useful to some.

We try and keep the "Stickies" to a minimum. I'm working on a new main site and that may be a better place for this kind of list.
