That show had way too many commercials near the end. They would have some show, then cut to a 3 minute break, come back for another 2 minutes, then break, then come back for another 2-3 minutes, and that was the end of the show.

It was a ok show.

Maybe it had something to do with the Dart Theory. :D

I thought it was nearly unwatchable. Foxworthy is funny, but he's just trying to carry a dead dog.

The first problem with the show is that it would be fairly easy to find people who win the million every show. Shows like Who Wants to be a Millionaire tried to find the smartest people they could. If this show did that, it would be the same thing every show. Without true competitors, it's just not funny.

Second, what was with the commercials? Very dumb.

With the first guy, studio execs should have retaped the first show. The fact that a US History major didn't know about President Johnson makes the show seem fixed.

I doubt I'll ever watch again. I also doubt it will be on the air a month from now.

I actually thought it was interesting; HOWEVER
1- there were way to many commericals
2- there was way to much delay... there should be a time limit per answer.

It has nothing to do with that theory. However, that theory is still very much a decent one since there has been the same trends and patterns on that DOND show.

I did notice that the players took a while to come up with a answer and it really drained the show's time, making it a slow paced one. There needs to be a change to that just like DOND had during the 1st season.

"Fox notes that this is its highest-rated series premiere ever, and the most-watched series debut on any network in eight-and-a-half years (since NBC's Jesse, Sept. 1998)."

American Idol when it premiered was not nearly as big as it is now. This only covers SERIES premieres, not regular episodes or other season premieres.

People scare me.
