The misinformation is absurd.

Tornado death toll revised down
The death toll from Thursday afternoon's storms in southeast Alabama was lowered to seven from the 18 previously reported by emergency officials, according to a spokeswoman at the Alabama Emergency Operations Center.

1 dead, 4 injured in Taylor County, GA. Tornado also hit a Sumter County hospital. This is between Columbus and Macon.

Well the above weather statement says Peachtree GA. So, I am assuming it is Sumter County, GA.

There is one big concern left: all it takes is one bad tornado in the wrong place at night to create devastation and a high death toll.

Such situations have caused 53 deaths in the last 18 months, almost all in mobile homes and all overnight.

Looks like my area won't get any of the bad weather. My Prayers go out to those that have been lost in this storm.
