wow! :eek: I went out to film it before knowing it was severe and I ended up getting surprised by a much stronger storm than I expected! Gusty winds, blinding rains and excessive CG lightning (some of it within a few hundred feet of my location). Also, I ended up getting lots of flooding around my area (2-3" of water on the ground)..it was crazy! If I have time, I will try to upload a few bits of the footage I shot later on.

Now I it is time to wait for round two. It is looking nasty on radar right now too and I am worried that it will only help to increase the flooding.

Great, my hubby is on his way to work... at 59 and aldine bender... wonder if he rain into any of this? I guess he is ok, he took my 4 runner to work instead of his jetta.... I can hear the thunder from the next line... Its moving pretty slow.... hasnt gotten here yet... I am waiting....

Tornado, reported by Fire Dept/Rescue.


Volunteer fireman reported a tornado briefly touching
down in brush field with no visible damage.
