Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes. Green beans.

I'm also cooking broccoli/cheese soup just to have when i'm tired of salisbury steak.

We drove down to Miami Beach(~55 mi. S) to Joe's Stone Crabs for a slightly belated 33rd anniversary dinner: Stone crab claws, chopped salad, steamed asparagus, wine, coffee, and a teensy bite of my husband's chocolate cake for dessert. [My "dessert" was a pair of gorgeous diamond twisted-hoop earrings!]

I've been stewing a couple chickens and just finished assembling tortilla soup. Since it's nice and cool in Houston, I've been gearing up in the kitchen again. Dave is ever so grateful!

I always liked this thread.

Tonights menu was Shepards Pie. And then for dessert I made some puff pastry and filled them with strawberries and coolwhip!

Suppost to be roast, potaters, and carrots. But I got a late start so it'll have to wait till tomorrow.
Instead we had a Chipolte burrito. :P
