Oh O Town! I am so sorry!

I agree with Pburgh's statement that she squeezed your hand to tell you not to worry and that she loves you all.

May she rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. From what you've told us about her, I bet she's up in Heaven making sure everything is ship/shape. Remember that a part of her is always inside of you. Prayers and ((HUGS)) to you and your family.

AS you well know, she is now in a better place and has no more pain, no more worries. I continue to pray for the rest of the family as you all transition through this difficult time. May God's peace and grace surrond each one of you during this difficult time.

I'm very sorry for your loss. My father passed away on March 3 so I fully understand the pain you and your family must be going through. No matter how old or young a person is does not take away the pain of the family members. The best advise I could give is lean on people when you have to. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

Kelly - I am just so sorry for your loss. I have a close relative who had a massive stroke, so you are correct, they are never the same if it's a severe one. It's never easy to say good-bye when you weren't prepared but please know we're here for you. Take comfort in surrounding yourself with family right now and sharing wonderful memories you have of your grandmother. You will cry but it does help. Trust me on this.

Thanks again guys for everyone of your thoughts and prayers. Her service is this Tuesday at 10am. It will be a great celebration of her wonderful life, it will be held at the church were she worked taking care of babies and toddlers for 37 years till she was 90. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family to lean on now, and all of us still live in Central FL near each other and have been able to come together everyday for the past week. I feel privileged and honored to be the granddaughter of such a wonderful soul, she will never be forgotten be many, many people.

soo soo terribly sorry to hear of this immense loss to your family.
My grampa died on this very day, March 31, in 2004, at age 91.... so my grandma who is still alive (89) has had a rough day today with all the memories of that day 3 years ago.

So i know how it is, O-town.
She will always be with you all, in mind and spirit, and where it matters the most, in your hearts. Her love surrounds you. Cherish it forever, and never let her memory die.

Thinking of you.
