I smell -removed-. I haven't seen anything indicating the possibility of such accumulations that far south. In fact, the NWS forecasts for Philadelphia and NYC on Thursday:

Philadelphia: High 58, Low 42
NYC: High 47, Low 40

The 06Z GFS and 12Z NAM don't develop a coastal low, and its 2-meter temperatures are too warm. Any snow would be confined to the mountains.
