Details now appear to confirm that Rosie quit the show. Sources are saying that ABC wanted to give her a contract through 2010. According to both CNN and MSNBC, some are speculating that she has another major project in the works, possibly a solo talk show for the 2008-09 season

This is bad for ABC. Next season will be the first time their show will NOT be up against Bob Barker, who drew huge numbers of their target audience. The View will really suffer if CBS can sustain the success of The Price is Right.

I wish NASA would put Rosie on the next Space Shuttle to the Space Station and let her become the world's first permenant space resident. Since Rosie thinks she knows everything there would be no need to train her.....MGC

that is not such a bad idea. May be they can send Trump up there too and let them argue and fight off this planet. Might even make for a good reality show..

Hot Dog!!!!!! I can't wait till she is gone. I used to watch "The View" until she came on and then it went down down down the drain in my opinion. I, like a few others used to like Rosie but right before her last show cancelled she got really strange. I would say she got "Too big for her britches" and that is not a comment on her size, as I have no room to talk. She just thinks she is ALWAYS RIGHT, that whatever she thinks, everyone should think, etc. etc.

I for one, am glad she is gone!

Both Rosie and Donald need to crawl back under the rocks from whence they came. Do people really care about this kind of crap? It's this sort of behavior that has led me away from network, and most cable, television over the past several years. Yes, I have turned into my parents.... frightening, isn't it? LOL!
