Is the board down about 1/2 time time every day?
Hi,
I can't load storm2k.org page about 14 hrs each day, seems to be online morning hrs GMT
but otherwise I get a site not found error. I'm located in Finland if that matters.

I also been having difficulties getting to http://www.storm2k.org at work ever since the server change. It always happens on Tuesdays. I get the Dell search page saying something to the effect "we can't find the page you are looking for, but here some similar pages." For some reason, I cannot access the site all day Tuesday at work, except this week. This week, it has been all day Tuesday, 1/2 day on Thursday and all day today (Friday). This is happening at work, but not at home.
I have unfiltered access to the Internet at work. I am using IE6 and Windows XP on Dell PC at work. I've cleared the cache, cleared cookies, re-set Internet privacy options and tried going through proxies. At home, I am using FireFox on a MacBook Pro and had almost no problem accessing the site.

Very strange guys and gals.. I don't have this problem at here or at work, so it makes it harder to diagnose when it is just an intermident problem and only with certain members, and certain locations that have no links to each other.. I am contacting our Server admin and addressing this problem with him and pointing out this thread to him.. So please continue to post all your problems related to this situation here..

The board went down for me twice already. It went down for several days beginning last Sunday, and then it went down again this morning, but fortunately was back up within a few hours. Nothing has worked for me. I tried refreshing, going in through the home page...nothing. Right now it's just an annoyance, but I don't want to lose the board for several days on end when the tropics get active.

It often doesn't work for me, but clicking Refresh 1 - 5 times always fixes it. This didn't start until the server change. I use Firefox.

I've tried going through cached pages at Google, but still doesn't work.

I have had the reverse problem untill I cleared the Java scripts... now days I have the computer set to not save any of the Java.
