HI. Where are you from? Tulsa is under the gun right now with some severe storms. Hail and high winds are the major threat right now.

I know. I have enjoyed relinquishing my crown as the Tornado Magnet for the last few years. I don't want the title back any time soon!!!

Hey, I am just east of Raleigh, NC. We currently have a strong Low Pressure off the coast that has brought gusty winds to our region today.

No, I did not get anything here in Raytown, MO. Raytown is another SE KC suburb northwest of Lee's Summit. I have two brothers and a niece who live in Lee's Summit. They live on the western side. We didn't hear anything from them so going to assume everything is OK until we hear otherwise.

Someone was talking about Pierce City on TV tonight. Did the downtown area rebuild?

Same here... My weather radio was going nuts earlier. I guess I might be woken up by some alerts tonight. Too bad I have to work tomorrow or else I would stay up and monitor our weather.

The downtown did rebuild and some of the places are back better than ever, but most did not rebuild. New things came in to take some of their places. It is there... just not the same.
