African storms gaining latitude....

Look like Africa is getting an early start this season, though the real action shouldn't begin until at least July. I do still think there will be a named storm in June, but it's genesis wouldn't be Cape Verde, IMO.

Those are some really cold cloud tops in on those storms in Africa. That black kind of reminds me of the CDO of Ivan at one time.

This already is a busy season I say we get our first named storm
off SE coast within 12 hours
