Italy
My husband is going to Italy next month on a business trip and wants to know what I want him to bring back for me. Italy is the only European country I've never visited, so I dont know what to ask for. Any Ideas?
I'd like to go with him but am going to AZ to surprise my brother for his birthday instead.
I dont drink alcohol anymore and I already have several varieties of the famed Italian coffees.

I lived in Sicily for 4 years while my husband was in the military - jewelry is a good buy - they have 18k gold and most jewelers there design their own so you get one of a kind pieces. If you love beautiful pottery/ceramics/dinnerware, ask him to locate a Caleca store. http://www.caleca.org They handpant some of the most beautiful serving dishes I have ever seen. Leather is also a good purchase in Italy. Leather jackets, pocketbooks, wallets... Also, I've made bracelets, earrings and necklaces out of their coins. These are just a few items that I loaded up on before I had to move back to the states. My youngest son was born over there and has dual citizenship.
