Ballpark food....Nachos with cheese & chili and a link of boudin. That's about what i've been having the last 3 weeks. I do change it up with a hamburger or hotdog! 5 more weeks of concession stand work to go. (I'm running the concession stand for 5 hours after my regular 8-5 job)

My hamburger casserole turned out great. I used the broccoli and cheese soup in place of creamed soup. It made a 100% improvement, IMO. When the casserole was finished, I put shredded cheddar on top and left to melt in the oven. Yummy

You could also add some small broccoli bits to it too.

I think tonight will be supper out, depending on the weather. It's been raining off and on thanks to what is left of Andrea and we wanted to go to the Port to see some type of ship that came and there is a fishing tourney going on too. If it's raining we might have to keep closer to home and go to the Italian pizzeria for pizza and beer!!

They have one downtown? Hmmm, no we were going to the one in Altamonte on 436. I will look into that location though for the future. Thanks.

BTW welcome to the boards. :D I love the beaches over there, Jetty Park being one of our most visited.

There USED to be one on Hwy 50 close to the Fashion Square Mall, but it may not be there anymore. I live in Titusville and work at Kennedy! Been here most of my life. Call me a Creature of Habit I suppose. I normally frequent Playalinda Beach, but NOT the nude section.

Thanks, it's a great board!! Lots of activity here.

Yes, Friday is the only night I don't cook. John always brings something nice home, enough for leftovers for the weekend.
