For the remaining months the collective average is 0.0-0.1/month.

This is a post Niño year in WPAC and typically those see less than normal activity there. However, given the non typical behavior of the Niño, it's hard to say if it will turn out that way or not.

We now know where-TC01B has formed in the Bay of Bengal.
