Atlantic INVESTs 2007

#1 Postby StormScanWx » Tue May 15, 2007 3:29 pm

Let's keep up with all the INVESTs in the 2007 season here, and let me clarify because I think each INVEST should have its own thread but in this thread let's post location and one satellite pic and outcome.

I hope this makes sense of what I'm trying to do. Let me know if it doesn't.

It's better to have individual threads for all the invests during the hurricane season, than having one thread for all of them.Maybe by the end of the season an archieve invest thread can be posted with all the pics and outcomes.

I said that in my original post. I agree with that, but I thought it might be better to have it during the season because it is easier to keep organized, because for example, there will be many invest 90L's since the numbers repeat.

Would an archive thread be confusing?

There's too much discussion of Atlantic invests to keep it all in one thread. Too long (probably would span nearly 100 threads). More simple for each individual Atlantic invest.

Now, if you're talking all-inclusive Invest threads for other basins, that may be a good idea - the Indian Ocean one has already started.

I'll try to rephrase what I'm asking soon. I can't express my thoughts in writing well.

My apologies... I should've read the original post through rather than look at the first replies.

And yes, if you mean that, that is definitely a great idea; the Navy doesn't keep satellite archives of Invests.

P.S. I can't express my thoughts well in writing either. ;)
