It looks like there is potential.
There is what it seems to be a low pressure center just SW of Costa Rica with a mid-low level circulation. I haven't looked at the conditions aloft to the west of it, but right now it seems to be protected from the strongest shear. It's that time of year and with super warm SSTs, it is only a matter of time before something pops up. I say this one has a fair chance based on what I'm seeing with convection re-firing right now (during the nocturnal maxima) and turning to the east (indicating some sort of circulation).
I'll be watching...
