Yeah, she would have to be a greeter, because she's not smart enough to run the registers!
Well she said a couple of years ago that she had never heard of Wal-Mart before and had no idea what it was.

Her sentence has been cut to 23 days, thanks for good behavior. Apparently, showing up to your court date 20 minutes late gets you points for good behavior.
Also, she'll be in a special section reserved for special people.

This one says her sentence was changed to "at least" 23 days.... wonder if any misbehavior in the next two weeks can change that!

I cant see them sending her to the Tent City. She is too high profile, although I think that is EXACTLY where she needs to be. Most of the world, me included, are working class and havent had things handed to us on a silver platter. Sometimes to be knocked down a peg or two is a good thing, even for myself. She thinks she is above the law and repercussions for her actions, she needs to learn that the law applies to ALL of us.

LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton will serve a significant portion of her jail sentence.
“Access Hollywood” has learned that the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department decided Wednesday that after evaluating the court’s order, Paris must serve her full time.
The least amount of time the heiress will spend in the jail is 23 days if she practices “good time / work time” at the start of her sentence. She can earn a reduction on her sentence by 22 days for good behavior.
Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore confirmed the LASD reviewed the judge’s order that Hilton serve 45 days for violating her DUI probation twice, for driving on a suspended license. Based on “the nature of the offense,” “the criminal history — or lack thereof” and a number of other factors, Whitmore said the LASD determined Hilton will do the time and not be released mere hours after she is booked into the jail, as reports have suggested.
“She will do fine if she follows the rules,” he added.

Paris Hilton has dropped an appeal of her 45-day jail sentence, a Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman confirms to PEOPLE, indicating the heiress is now prepared to do her time.
"I am ready to face the consequences of violating probation," Hilton previously said in a statement on May 9.
Hilton, 26, filed a notice of appeal shortly after a judge sentenced her for violating her probation for driving with a suspended license.
Hilton has until June 5 to turn herself in to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif.
On Wednesday, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department announced that Hilton would spend a minimum of 23 days in jail, after speculation arose that she might serve as little as one day, due to overcrowding at the facility.
"She will do her full time, minus 22 days, because of a state jail policy encouraging good inmate behavior," Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told PEOPLE.
Whitmore confirms that Hilton will be placed in "special needs housing," a section of the jail reserved for high-profile prisoners, such as former police officers or public officials who could be targeted by other inmates. She will have little to no contact with the general inmate population.
Hilton will be locked in a 12-by-8-foot cell approximately 22 hours a day, minus one hour of recreation time and 20 minutes each for three meals. She will also likely have a cellmate, Whitmore adds.
Hilton's rep did not return calls for comment.

Better yet, send her to MY Wal-Mart!!! She'll get a real dose of reality!!!

She walked the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards before turning herself in.
Hilton Heiress Reports for Jail Term
She Walks Red Carpet Before Turning Herself In From GMA June 4, 2007
The 26-year-old heiress Paris Hilton literally left the party and was driven by her parents to surrender at a sheriff's station in an industrial area southwest of downtown Los Angeles.
Hilton will serve an expected three-week sentence behind bars for violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case.
"I am trying to be strong right now," she told reporters when she strutted the red carpet before turning herself in. "I'm really scared but I'm ready to face my sentence. And even though this is a really hard time, I have my family, my friends and my fans to support me."
Inside the MTV Movie Awards, Hilton was the object of the off-color jokes of comedienne Sarah Silverman.
"She is totally gonna get special interest," Silverman quipped.
Hilton squirmed uncomfortably in the audience while Jack Nicholson gave it a big laugh.
Hilton's temporary home is a 12-by-8-foot cell. She'll eat her meals in the cell and be allowed out into the common area for at least one hour a day.
She will be housed in the special-interest section of a two-story concrete jail under a freeway overpass.
"In the morning she'll have cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, some juice perhaps and a fruit," Steve Whitmore of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said. "At lunchtime, a sandwich of some kind, chips and a juice drink."
Hilton claimed she turned down the chance to pay money for a more comfortable jail, although the judge had ruled out alternative imprisonment.
"Well, I did have a choice to go to a pay jail, but I declined because I feel like the media portrays me in a way that I'm not," she told reporters. "And that's why I wanted to go to county, to show that I can do it and I'm going to be treated like everyone else. I'm going to do the time. I'm going to do it the right way."

This CANNOT be the real Paris, LOL.
TMZ has the lowdown on the Paris saga. Here's what we know so far:
Paris is winning over the jail staff. Fifteen hours in, they're calling her a "model citizen" -- gracious, thankful and polite to the staff.
She's wearing a short-sleeved, orange jumpsuit. She still has on the makeup she was wearing last night. Her hair is down. Oh yeah, speaking of hair, we were told ixnay on the hair extensions, but that's not the case with her. The staff allows extensions that are "tightly wound." We're told Paris meets that standard, so she has been allowed to keep hers.
She's not interacting with any of the inmates, at least not yet. She's only seeing them through glass. We're told she's not happy, but resigned to getting it done. She's not teary, just very quiet.
As for her cell -- it's 12x8 feet, with a bunk bed, a toilet and wash basin. There are two windows -- a little one in the door, and one on the wall that overlooks buildings. It looks like she missed lunch, because she was meeting with her lawyer, Richard Hutton.

That and the moldy lunchmeat and rotten fruit. Let her survive that for 45 days, may do her some good
Doubt it.
They already cut her sentence down to 23 days, put her in a "special" isolated cell, and I'm sure they're feeding her "special" food. Wouldn't be surprised if they cut down the 23 days too. Jail won't teach her any respect, if anything she'll just learn that money and fame can't get you out of anything.

They didn't cut her sentence to 23 days. 23 days is the minimum she can serve if she displays good behavior in prison. It's SOP to reduce misdemeanor sentences by up to 50% for good behavior. And how is spending time in jail getting out of anything? Even in the "special" cellblock, spending 23 hours a day in a cell is not a good time.

She's spending 23 days in celebrity-edition type jail, not REAL jail like a average joe like me or you would get.
