I imagine 94l is not going to make a comeback .. although the low level center might get left behind there is some dry air that is going to filter in behind it... there is evidence that LLC is going to be left behind the surface ridge that is sliding off the mid atlantic should push the whatever is left of it ese or se but it should eventually dissipate soon after.

as of right now just looking at the lastest vis loops.. the LLC looks as though its getting squashed and elongated .. so two scenarios
1. its gone and stretches out with the trough and is completely dead later today
2. the LLC somehow hangs on and move ese then se and finally dissipating but this scenario will only prolong it maybe another day.

or there is some weird phenomenon that nobody has any idea about!! and this spins up and yeah J/K lol anyway yeah its going to die either later today or tomorrow

either way .. watching the latest vis still . the LLC has become nearly completely squashed! and should be absorbed and not discernible later today

A least we got some rain. Bye, bye 94L. See you in a few weeks ("94L," not the storm!).

According to my local discussion that not 94L, it's an upper low that over texas right now and retrogrades to the surface and hangs out in the NE GOM.

I like the new Storm2K disclaimer, hope some of the pro mets still stop in here to share the less likely scenarios that did not make it past the "official forecast" cutting room.

94L covered a lot of area. There is still some surface low pressure just north of the Yucatan where the SST's are cool. It is possible that as the area moves north over warmer water it could gain some convection. Its more likely of course that this will be my last post on 94L.

I believe the area down near the north east part of South America is trying to get going but the shear factor is messing it up once again!
