I am so sorry to hear the latest. Wish it was better news. Miracles do happen and I believe in the power of prayers, so I will pray for her. Sorry that you are having such a rough week.

"whatever doesn't kill us makes us stronger" I found a pic recently of mary with her hand on Andrew's shoulder at my house when he was 18 and she was...she'd kill me if I told. Is this just a coincidence or a comforting sign of a guardian Angel followed by another.

Just found out Mary had a test done to see if the cancer was spreading. I think it's called masasticized or something. Well in the beginning they thought it had done that. She found out today while it's bad the doctor said with positive thinking diet and Aggressive rounds of chemo and Radiation that remmision is possible. The cancer hasn't spread... She told me to thank you all for the prayers and jkeep them coming. I think Andrew pulled some strings up there as well. (((HUGS))) Thanks and God Bless you all.

Prayers from the Burgh.

I have a friend who just finished his treatment and he is seeing a daily improvement. I hope Mary does too. How long will Mary have the chemo?

Definitely more prayers coming up the coast to you all!! I know that it is a rough road for all parties involved and can be very stressful as well but, I will pray that you are all able to recognize and enjoy every silver lining that presents itself behind every storm cloud!!

Hang in there kiddo! 8-)

My prayers are being sent for your friends recovery. This may sound strange, but encourage your friend and her family to keep things really clean, use antibacterial cleanser on their hands, and sun glasses in the car if she doesn't wear prescription glasses. The chemo can cure you but the immune system takes a dive and makes you very vulnerable to infections which can be devastating. My brother in law was not expected to recover from two types of leukemia but he is in complete remission but is blind right now from dirt blown in his eyes during a car ride. We are praying that the surgeon will be able to operate after the infection is healed and perhaps get some sight back.
