Hallelujah! It's raining in L.A. (Lower Alabama)!!!
Our neighborhood hasn't seen any rain in well over a week-- and that looked was more like a dog shaking off than rain! But, it is definitely raining now. It's fairly heavy in fact. I could swear I saw my tomatoes doing high-fives when the rain started!! Thank goodness for shortwave troughs! Ooooo-- actual lightning, too! I love it!

Yes, it is a good thing, but it looks like we won't be getting any more til early next week. We had some good rain Monday and Tuesday. Guess that'll have to hold us.
