Well, since there is nothing to talk about in terms of a developing system, let's see what this weak low does down the long journey thru the Tropical Atlantic as it deals with the sal.I dont expect anything from it,however this low emerging west Africa more north in latitud (15n) is a sign that things may be on the virge to be more favorable in that part of the world on the next 2-4 weeks as the 2007 season enters the most active part.
A TROPICAL WAVE HAS BEEN ADDED ALONG 24W EXTENDING THROUGH THE
CAPE VERDE ISLANDS. A 1010 MB LOW IS ALONG THE WAVE AXIS NEAR
15N MOVING W NEAR 18 KT. THE DAKAR RAOB SHOWED THE WAVE PASSAGE
WELL YESTERDAY MORNING. NO DEEP CONVECTION IS IN THE VICINITY OF
THE LOW...THOUGH SCATTERED MODERATE/ISOLATED STRONG IS EMBEDDED
IN THE ITCZ FROM 9N-12N BETWEEN 20W-24W.
