I think I've already advertised Digital Typhoon here before. If you're obsessed about WPAC "typhoon stuff", then I really recommend it.
Some samples of what it offers.
All storms that peaked at or below 920 mb, per JMA best track: (hope this works)

There are sat images included in the pages of the typhoons, and so anyway, I was just randomly browsing, and came upon these two images:
1)
http://agora.ex.nii.ac.jp/digital-typho ... lobe.1.jpg
The storm near the Philippines was a Cat 5 at the time. (per JTWC best track)
The storm in the middle, was to become a Cat 5 six hours later. (per JTWC best track)
Not sure about the storm in the South Pacific, but from satellite presentation, it was probably a strong Cat 4 or Cat 5 at the time of the image.
2)

The typhoon near Taiwan is peaking around 110 kt (from my vantage point, it looks stronger, but that's just me).
The typhoon in the middle would peak at 125 kt. It is strengthening at the time of the image.
The typhoon to the right is at Cat 4 strength, would peak at Cat 5 strength around 140 kt. It is also in a strengthening phase.
All this per JTWC best track as well.
Pretty cool stuff, I'd say.

Hehe typhoon stuff!!
Digital Typhoon is great. I especially love their Google Earth overlay feature of past storm tracks and their intensities.

Nothing wrong with that, I've wasted weeks in sites like that.

I regularly utilize this site's assortment of information. These images are high-resolution... it's too good to be true. It's a great site - the data is invaluable!
