And ...*POOF*

#1 Postby inda_iwall » Mon Jul 23, 2007 11:55 pm

All convection is gone, no threats anywhere near, gotta love it. Maybe mother nature can take another break this season. I like how the season is going so far, lets hope it keeps up huh? :layout: :layout:

enjoy it now. come late aug when the mjo makes its way around again we should be on high alert. the temps are not looking good in the caribbean. We could get some real intense storms if this keeps going at this rate.

Uh, no. If it keeps it up, I won't have any hair left. Especially when the Epac is doing a poor job at entertaining us with these weak systems as oppose to last years amazing ones (Bud, Daniel, John, Sergio, Lane, etc.). BTW, it's not going to be another 2006.

Hey I am just happy now, I have a gut feeling there will be nothing this season again, I will be rooting for *poofs* and fish storms all year long. I know it rains on some of the peoples parades because this is the only excitement they have in their lives but oh well, no storms is good stuff for me. But thanks for rooting that I am wrong and I and all my friends lose everything we own, good stuff.

is this stuff really necessary, if you are so paranoid of any storms forming during hurricane season, why make the decision to live where you do, everyone who enjoys an active season never wishes for anyone to be injured,(that is absurd) and it is not like they have a say in what forms in the first place

Too much quiet isn't necessarily a good thing either, since it leads to complacency. A storm WILL make landfall somewhere eventually, whether we want it to or not.

No Storms is a blessing. Hurricanes kill people and destroy
things. No Storms is certainly much better than
destruction. I am sure that many people, in
their hearts, would prefer no storms especially considering all
the devastation of 04-05.

No way. Do you people find it fun to rehash the same topics over and over again?

Personally,I like watching hurricanes form. The whole process is an amazing feat of nature.I like being in awe of major 'canes.I do NOT,however enjoy seeing them smash into coastlines and destroying property.(in this day and age, anyone who chooses to ride out a hurricane deserves to die)

Well I WILL state my opinion on here. If that bothers you, too bad.
And I'll state it again and again, as I am one who has
seen the Suffering first-hand.

Just to rehash what I stated earlier...
(thanks to special people for the
rehashing idea)
Hurricanes destroy things.

If they are out at sea, they are
intriguing to watch.

There's no way anybody views this forum at least 6 months out of the year and doesn't like something about the impact or show of force by hurricanes. That doesn't have to = death and destruction either. Anyone that says otherwise is pretending like they're enjoying this lull. All fish storms is the equivalent of a lull too.
