Look at this satelite and it looks like any one of these areas can erupt including the big arc by 30w and the wave at 45w.

I just happened to wake up and noticed that the wave at 45W is starting to look quite suspicious. Convection has increased and it appears to have gained some latitude. We'll see if this slight organizational trend continues through today or not, for now it's back to bed!

It's got a little bit of a twist to it, we'll see what happens. The models are kinda iffy on it. But the way that wave is positioned reminds me of the early stages of Hurricane Charley in '04.

Boca you maybe on to something, that wave in the central atlantic looks suspect. The season maybe starting right on cue.
