He just posted this in the weather forum

Well, it's confirmed, don't know the exact location but it's on the White Mountain Apache Reservation AGAIN! We are going to Super WalMart here in a few minutes to buy more emergency supplies because like I've posted before, I evacuated once and I am NOT going again. We live in a open meadow with fire breaks all around us, nearest pine tree is over 100 yards away, we've gotten out in the meadow and have built a defensable space around whole acre we own. I'll keep y'all updated as I get them............here we go again!

It's confirmed, don't know the exact location just yet but it's somewhere on the White Mountain Apache Reservation AGAIN!! Like I've posted before, we are NOT going to evac if push to comes to shove, we did that last year. We live in a open meadow with numerous fire breaks around us, the nearest pine tree is over 100 yards away, we've been building a defensable space around our property over the past month, cutting weeds down etc, we SHOULD be ok "IF" they call for a evac, let's HOPE AND PRAY it doesn't come to that again, I can't handle that again. We are leaving for Super WalMart here as soon as I post this to stock up on more emergency supplies, more beer and smokes "LOL!" OH......and wine for Michelle.

The only problem we'd be faced with is the smoke.......don't know how bad it would get. Thanks for all of your prayers friends, we need them.

Jeremy, you didn't jinx me..........some IDIOT I'm sure tossed a butt our or didn't put their damn camp fire out!

Smoke chaser in the air as I post this!

Just off the scanner, the fire is in the Fought Ridge area, 15 acres, burning in dense juniper, pinyon pine, winds have died down, RH is on the rise, sitting at 32%. 2 type 1 Hot Shot crews on loan from Artisia New Mexico along with the Fort Apache Women Hot Shots are on it, fire is creeping along the ground very slowly, a containment line has been dug around the fire, "THANK YOU JESUS!" Let's hope the winds stay down tonight! The cause is still under investigation, suspicious in nature.
