It doesn't look like anything organized right now. No TD today folks. But it completed one step to becoming a TD, the convection didn't die off during the day and will probably increase later tonight.

I'm not sure if your being sarcastic and making fun of me or if your trying to compliment me.

Edit: Never mind, I figured it out.

Watching for a new blow-up right over Barbados...the next few hours could be crucial to 99's future

Today, I think, was a decisive day for 99L. Yesterday many expressed their feelings of going to 99L's funeral, but many others, including myself, said that it wasn't over, not yet. Since the morning hours we saw how the disturbance began to reconstruct itself from head to toe, and for a few hours many believed, including myself, that at 5 PM we would have TD 4. It didn't happen but tomorrow after the diurnal maximum, I think it's very likely that we could see a more organized system and maybe an upgrade could occur.

If I had been in the other side, I would have also said it. I have nothing to loose.

Something that I have learn since I joined in 2004 is that you must have patience, and that's why I tend to be conservative most of the time.

Most likely it will be a TD in the next 24 to 48 hours, but nothing is set in stone, not yet.

I have a little gut feeling (though it may be gas) that this thing may be upgraded by 5 or 11am tomorrow. If it can survive the night, which it will, and becomes better organized, there is no reason for THC to hold off.

:uarrow: forgive me for the above pun, that's just my personality.

It is not a tropical depression right now.
But it might be one by tomorrow.
