If your a tropical Cyclone of course..Looking at the Western atlantic loop this moring all I see is brutal conditions for any formation within thousands of miles of the Continental US looks impossible..
This being said it can change in a heart beat.

The shear that was seen on Friday in the Western Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf was very impressive (and unexpected)...

A hunch tells me that the wave at 65-70 W, is going to interact with this area your bringing up. I wonder if we may see a decent amount of convection in the next day or so.
