Taunting the Storm Gods

#1 Postby Berwick Bay » Mon Aug 06, 2007 3:22 pm

Just looking at NHC's IR pic which shows overview of the entire Atlantic Basin. I love storms, and I know how fast things can change, but excuse me while I yawn and stretch! I guess this is my way of teasing the gods (look I'm turning my back, I'm so bored). Here's that pic.

Depression? Isn't that some kind of mental disorder?

Berwick I agree that things are moistening up.
You remind me of my philosophy professor in freshman
year of college (I am currently an undergraduate sophomore).
You have a philosophical and metaphoric perspective
on life, and I find that very interesting. I love
to read philosophy, and your material resonates.

Not sure what the "gimme a break" posted above means,
but I clearly don't see anything that warrants that.
GEEZ. Nobody can post anything these days without
getting blasted apart by insults. That is really
ridiculous.
Makes me mad. Ughh. :grr:

I respect you Berwick for the way you can ignore
insults. Me personally I would react strongly
to everything...somebody shoots out an Insult and I
go crazy...I wish I could ignore stuff... :(
It has caused me great inconvenience to have
to be offended so easily...

My post serves no purpose other than increasing my post count. In case of a real storm, this post would contain information of some small use. For further information, please refer to some thread about useless posts that I am to lazy to go find.

Please direct all sarcastic comments to an invisible thread in the off topic area. My momma said that nasty comments should be kept to oneself.

I challenge nature to a duel. Give me your best shot.
Once at war with the surface I take my battles
above to the sky...
Foolish? Perhaps. But I could be drunk.

Just joking...but a sword fight wouldn't hurt anybody... :D

I laughed out loud when I read this. The challenging nature to a duel part? Doesn't that sound like a line from Yugioh: The Abridges Series? Haha! TBH, we all love you. Keep posting!

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm the only one who's ever heard of the Abridged Series. I'm a YouTube nut.

It's Tampa Bay Hurricane vs. Nature. Who will win?

No offense, TBH, but I've got my money on Nature.
