Honestly, I know so much hurricane trivia, I expected to be able to breeze through it. I got 7/10. That was crazy hard. I missed the 2004 question! :eek: Nice quiz!

I actually thought the 24 hour record was held by Ameila. It wasn't even a selection... Guess I was wrong.

Oh, sorry. I meant 24hr rainfall record. Tropical Storm Amelia in 1978, landfall in Texas, super crazy rain.

TS Amelia dumped 29" inches in Albany, Texas. Up to 46" of rain fell in Pine Bluff in 52 hours. However, the rain was not completely measured because the person fell asleep because he stayed up for 2 days because of the storm and used a small juice can. Claudette dumped 43" near Alvin.
