How often do you get hit?
Found a neat website here that shows landfalls in your area within 60 miles..
Im every 2.67 years..

Fajardo, Puerto Rico: brushed or hit 3.68 years. Direct hit: 10.46 years

My old hometown area (Berwick Bay) La. 2.96 years for brush or hit. My present landfall area (Intracoastal City) La. 5.04 years. Quite a difference since Intracoastal City is only about 60 or 70 miles west of Berwick Bay. It shows the big drop off in frequency which occurs in South Central La. as opposed to Southeast La. Now as you travel west the frequency picks up again just before the Texas border in extreme SW La. near Cameron.

Pensacola area...2.96 years although we have had more than our share recently
