I don't get it, what does your Space Station story have to do with a developing El Nino?
If your trying to say your "Inspired" by the knowledge of a developing El Nino, I can't disagree with that. I would like to think because we haven't seen 6 named storms and two major hurricanes by now people are screaming "IT HAS TO BE EL NINO'S FAULT" too.
The numbers don't lie, there is less then a 10% chance of an EL Nino forming. I don't know about you, but i'd probably tell my friend if I ever wanted to take a gamble that only gave me a 10% chance of success, please knock me unconscious. lol.
But that's just me.
