Will this follow 90L and possibly develop?

A 1009 MB LOW IS ALONG THE COAST OF W AFRICA NEAR 15N17W AND IS
MOVING W 15-20 KT. THIS LOW IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEXT TROPICAL
WAVE EMERGING INTO THE ATLC. SCATTERED MODERATE CONVECTION IS
FROM 13N-16N E OF 21W TO THE COAST OF AFRICA.

I was watching that this morning also. It definitely has some rotational spin to it. I wonder though about its proximity to 90L. One thing I learned a long time ago is that the trip across the great pond always calls for expecting the unexpected. Time will tell.

The wave far behind that at about 13N coming into picture is also looking good,some models do develop another wave behind,not sure which one

Well i still don't know how fast this new wave is moving.
i want this wave to develop like 90L, but it has to slow down
so it don't get asorbed by 90L.

That wave your talking is gonna shrink in size as it moves towards the coast. so right now i'm not really gonna pay attention to that one. lets pay attention to the ones close to the coast. those are the ones that could develop right now.
