That woman is beyond clueless....

How hard is it to pull the doggone vehicle to the side of the highway to feed her baby? In Georgia you can be cited for talking on the cellphone in some cities while driving (i.e.-Athens), and I know a cellphone is far easier to control while cruising down the highway at 60 mph than a wiggling baby :D

Just the fact she was driving with the infant NOT properly buckled into his/her carseat is IMO justification enough to pull her over and write a ticket.

Trucker Calls Police
Police in Ohio charged a mother because she was breast-feeding while driving.

Catherine Donkers, 29, was charged with child endangerment for breast-feeding her 7-month-old daughter while driving on the Ohio Turnpike.

A passing trucker saw Donkers nursing her child at the wheel, thought it was dangerous and called the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Donkers insisted that she did nothing wrong, and said she didn't feel that she was putting her child in any excess danger.

"I think there's lots of things that we do where we put ourselves at risk, just by the very fact that I'm in a car and there's lots of car accidents every single day," Donkers said. "I think it would be reasonable to say that even that's a danger."

Donkers said her daughter rides in a car seat at all times when she is not nursing.

Ed......MILKING it a little huh? Geesh, too funny!

NOW......yes indeed, this IS a very serious matter BUT.....it's no worse than these nimrods who drive and yack at the same time. Being on the road a LOT we have numerous calls on the mobile phone BUT.........we pull over to talk. I don't know, I agree with most of you, PULL THE CAR OVER lady.....!

I'm guilty of drinking coffee and eating while driving. I've held the steering wheel with a knee while opening a food item with both hands. I'll take this as a reminder to stop doing that.

Well look at her name: Donkers. In my shallow opinion, that explains it all.
