Question on Teamspeak

I trie to get in for the broadcast last night on teamspeak so I could message a question but was unsuccessful. It kept saying error and that the server wasn't responding. I have been in there numerous times before with no problems but couldn't make my username or password work. I tried the 75.126.149.240 i.p. and the 216.127.93.22:8767 i.p. I went to the instructions and did it step by step several times with different i.p.s and usernames or nicknakmes., still couldn't make it work.
Anyones help would be appreciated. BTW, are the instructions correct? Seems I remember something about the port number the first time I used teamspeak on here two or three years ago.
