Something interesting near 24N 67.7 W

In Looking at the old 92L I noticed the could mtions a bit to the east and there is a some curved low level motion as well as a spin at 24N 67.7 W notice the boudary to east of there curving. This might poof out quickly but them low clouds on the visibles look suspect. Could be a low center forming?

I am calling this the "other" insignificant naked swirl that's not an invest, can't develop, and is not in a favoravble environment. But after 2 days it's still swirling, and the moisture around it is increasing along with "NOT 92" I guess it's pretty bad on here right now huh? Right now it's at 27N 70.5W

Added link http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/flt/t3/loop-vis.html turn on lat lon to find :)
