Mods, help with forgetting password

I sent a PM to Chad and cycloneye about this but I have not heard from them.
Here is the problem.

a friend of mine on St. Maarten was registered here as irina. and her email address was irina@caribserve.net
she has relocated to Miami and that email is no longer valid.

she cannot remember her password and she can't get it sent because the program will only send it to caribserve.net
How can she get her password or get a new password?
she has a new email. can the password be sent to the new email ?

I am (was) registered for several years and cannot get logged in anymore. My e-mail has changed since the server switch and I don't know what to do. I was also an S2K supporter and I would like to know how I can reinstate my username and return to posting here. Who do I send an e-mail to?
