I think it needs a less stable and moister environment to have any shot.

Let's see what if anything it can do once it gets into the Caribbean.

I think thats the wave we were looking at a couple of days ago. Yes it is dry and stable out there, but it has held up relatively well, and I still believe that once it reaches the WCarib, it could have a decent shot at development
